Ahhhhhhh! Might just be rehearsals for the upcoming shows, but that lovely tangled board of wires seems to say otherwise? Certainly makes me understand how much I miss the guy(s).
Yes, with all those Hollywood star sidewalk pics, was hoping for MOMOFUKU part 2 ten years later. Then, i was thinking, perhaps rehearse time before original 2/28 Vegas start date. BUT, THEY DO NOT NEED REHEARSAL. So, let me return to hoping for the quickly recorded magnificent joy of another momofuku long player indeed.
An album, preferably an analogue recording, with more than 3 tracks per side on vinyl and a large tour of both US and Europe with lots of concert hall dates please !!
Hmm... I think all the postings of Hollywood stars suggest that perhaps he's going to join some of his heroes and heroines in having a paving stone of his own? Maybe?
Yeah, what is up with the Hollywood star posts. Did his kids take over his Twitter account? Sort of wild and totally random. Must be hitting the tourist circuit pretty hard in LA or something.
Boulevard Recording is almost surely where EC and the gang have been the past few days. It's located just a few blocks from one end of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which EC has been tweeting photos of all week.
I wouldn't necessarily bet on any recordings coming out the this, though. More likely it was a rehearsal session planned to be just before the since-canceled Las Vegas run.
And No Coffee Table wrote:Steve Nieve posted a photo on Facebook Wednesday afternoon of his reserved parking space at United Recording, which isn't far from Boulevard.
EC recorded Mighty Like a Rose and Painted From Memory and parts of King of America and Spike at United when it was called Ocean Way.
If Steve was driving ENOUGH DAYS to have a reserved parking space, I'M BETTING ON AN ENTIRE L.P.
