Etched in the runoff for side A is "tone controlled".


Does anyone have this lossless/FLAC/SHN/WAV/mp3?

I have a Columbia promo AE1171 ZSM 165297 "Watching the Detectives" I dont think that is what you want I also have Radarscope records promo with picture from Hollywood high on cover. Unfortunately my turntable is on the blink so cant listen to them right now

Why they didn't substitute this edit for the singles box set release OR any of the hits collections, I don't know. At least that would make these sets more interesting and worthwlie vs. redundent.

Of course, this goes for other edit versions of other songs, too...

I uploaded "Watching The Detectives (edit)" from my 12" single Stiff BUYIT 239 on http://www.savefile.com/files/1990747 . It was ripped from vinyl to hard disc with standard equipment; maybe someone out there has it in better quality.

I believe that is the same version that's on the DJ promo, but if someone thinks differently, please let me know.

It will remain there for a week or so (or until someone asks me to remove it).
