Â£ 5 for the team which loses the first penalty shoot out
Â£ 5 for the team with the player who gets the first straight red card
Â£ 5 for the team with the player who gets the first sending off for two yellows.

Blue - basically an office sweepstake is whereby all of the names of the participating teams (or horses or whatever) are put into a hat (or equivalent). You then charge people to pull out a team and the winning team wins the money. You usually award prizes for the person with the winning team, the runner up etc.

It's popular over here.

And SoLack - you're so right. Two of the girls here who have no idea about football have picked out Brazil and France. One woman who was visiting who no longer works here picked out Germany.
