Painted From Memory Demos ?

As I've read, Elvis not only recorded demos for the album for Burt but also for Bill Frisell, do these exist ? If so where can I find them ?

I don't think these have ever leaked, unfortunately.

And PFM has yet to be reissued in any kind of deluxe or special edition. Seems like it would be the perfect thing for Costello to simply release via iTunes or on his website. Same with the NORTH demos, which have never leaked but which Costello has written about.

It would be nice if he decided to try releasing some of the stuff like that online. What could it hurt? What would be the point of waiting another 10 years before putting it out?
