For those in the U.S. who get Comcast On Demand service...I stumbled over this today. There is a 55-minute compilation of all of Elvis's appearances on Jools Holland's BBC show, starting with Brutal Youth and going up to River in Reverse songs with Allen T.
You have to go to the On Demand menu and then hunt for "Music" and choose "See All Videos" -- amid all the other drek you'll find a listing for Elvis Costello. An hour well-spent!
