Alright, everybody stop ripping on Everyday RIGHT NOW!
Just listen to yourselves!
You starving artists! You pit of vipers!
If you are without sin, you can throw the first stone,
BUT, I challenge you to listen to this song, and not LOVE it when the man sings: "The way you walk, the way you talk and try to kiss me and laugh..."
Now, let's all just quiet down, take a deep breath, and listen to The Bells.
I hate it when our family gets all crazy.

Loving this board since before When I Was Cruel.

Pardon me while I spout out my opinion, but you must be cognizant of the fact that this record is a product of the early eighties where overly produced music was in vogue. Instead of the song being at the forefront it was the production value. The music business is a business and this is especially true in the eighties. Elvis had to compete with all the artists of the eighties that, history shows us, didn't have the longevity Elvis enjoys. (where is Flock Of Seagulls?)

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think that you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt
