I see this evening that Arnold Schwarzenegger has been voted in as Govenor of California. No doubt all the females of his consituency will have an awful lot of groping and lewd suggestions from him to look forward to - in an official capacity of course! :?

Not bad for a guy who emigrated here from Austria as a bodybuilder; got his start in films, and was told by all those who surrounded him that he'd NEVER make it as an actor with that awful accent (I remember a few films where they actually overdubbed his lines with somebody else's voice). They also told him that he'd never get ANYWHERE unless he changed his name...

I mean, who in the hell can pronounce Schwarzennegger???

Now a Multi-millionaire/star, married into the Kennedy family, and governor of the Great State of California!! What's next, folks??

And who's laughing now??

They have currently done a big double page spread in the newspapers here in England on what a big fake he is . Apparently he plays the big family man but is always touching up and making obscene suggestions to women - most of it unwanted attention. He would get my vote......NOT! :roll:
