EC introduced this song, speaking of Hans Christian Anderson's unrequited love for Jenny Lind. He joked about how difficult it was for him to imagine the plight of a very homely man in love with a beautiful singer. Of course, *all* Elvis' wives have been quite comely (and talented) and Elvis isn't that bad looking, surely? Maybe we should put it to a vote...
