Elvis `fan` Stuart Maconie will be hosting this annnual gabfest ; according to a newspaper preview listeners will be able to vote for BBC archive recordings , including , it seems , our man.

In a text message vote thingy , Elvis 'n Steve's Sold On Song version of Accidents Will Happen was chosen , 56% as opposed to 44% for 'Detectives. It was the last vote of the three hour show - thankfully I was listening on tape , fast-forwarding through tons of waffle.
