Colours

Post by laughingcrow »

I am trying to get a playlist together for a CD club thingy, my theme wants to be Colours...inspired by the brilliant Ken Nordine wordjazz album of the same name (except without the U)....I've got a fair few tracks, but feel like Im missing some...any suggestions...

Well, there's "Whiter Shade of Pale" (a bit overplayed...like in half the movies made between 1975 and 1989), "Brown-Eyed Girl" (played at every single wedding in the U.S. these days) and "Mellow Yellow"... :?

Somewhat better IMO -- Blue Moon/Blue Moon of Kentucky, Say it Loud, I'm Black and I'm Proud, Brown-Eyed Handsome Man, Little Red Corvette, Purple Haze....
