Not to rub salt in the proverbial wound yet again, but there are 4 shows in 6 nights all of which ba and I could attend and tape. And I got my new external mics today! But alas, life gets in the way sometimes...

Between the Songbook tour and the Buddy Miller, Jim Lauderdale and Patty Griffin concert tonight in Nashville, I'm pretty fucking jealous of you yanks at the moment.

Saturday was great, especially the last half or so. Not ragging on you for seeing Ferry, but you are breaking one of Favehour's rules of going to Elvis shows: if he plays multiple nights at a venue, always be sure to attend the last night!

Just can't get to NJ this week, it looks like it wouldn't be that difficult to do logistically, but I can't take off work again. If only the Wellmont shows were Friday/Saturday or Sat/Sun.!

West Virginia is going to be a last minute decision. Bit of a drive. I fear we might get a more standard show there, since he's never played there before. but it is apparently the last night of the tour (for now) and I love to see those.

dave: watch the inverse happen this weds/thurs. when all is said & done, LMK which of the 2 you would have attended AFTER the setlists are in. i can't believe your NEVER seeing EC in NJ streak will continue for another year. some of my BEST shows have occurred in the Garden State! my first ever 3-30-79; Asbury '83, Rude Five 91 and Attractions 94 both in Holmdel, Newark 2002, Borgata 2005, VH1, Caesar's Palace 2010, Red Bank July 2011....all STELLAR shows! 8) 8) 8)
