Elvis/Imposters/ Wellmont Theater, NJ, Oct.5 '11

Wellmont Theatre's ceiling is set to be demolished and rebuilt. After countless problems, including injuries from falling plaster during a Deadmau5 show and a Interpol cancellation, experts have recommended replacing the entire ceiling. A Wellmont spokesman confirmed to NorthJersey that: "We're going to do this in phases with as little disruption to our concert schedule as possible, but there may be times when we will be closed for a number of weeks." No events have been affected as of yet. Some upcoming shows at the Montclair venue include: Beirut, Elvis Costello (sold out), Brian Wilson and Jimmy Eat World.

Expect reschedule for end of July when they are back in the area (totally my personal speculation) and maybe given the postponement some special surprises for us all

While not a rare song by any means, "Shipbuilding" returns to the wheel for the first time since July.

The death of David Bedford, who arranged the strings for the Punch the Clock recording, was announced yesterday. Coincidence?

It's funny. Chet Baker's performance is such a scene-stealer that I had completely forgotten the track even had a string arrangement.

I was surprised by those too. Inch by Inch and Sulky Girl were wheel. The others were impromptu.

Now they just need to play something from The Juliet Letters at either of the next two shows, and the album scorecard will be complete.

detailed indeed...though a fair number of inaccuracies!!! allison; two in a row from NR; a duet of riot act, overwrought NLS, show closing book and a couple more are all wrong!
