reissue "Demon MANUS104"

If the UK release of MAIT is "Demon MANUS101", AF is "Demon MANUS103" and GH!! is Demon MANUS105, I was wondering what will be released as Demon MANUS104? What album is there in between AF and GH!! ?

Taking Liberties/Ten Bloody Marys & Ten How's Your Fathers, perhaps?

It was released later, I know, but nothing on it was recorded post-Get Happy!! as far as I can tell.

The previous DEMON reissue program had:

MAIT as DPAM 1
TYM as DPAM 2
AF as DPAM 3
Live at the El Mocambo as DPAM 4 (as found in the 4 cd box '2 and 1/2 years')
GH as DPAM 5

So maybe Demon is holding on to numbering the new reissues that way...?
