ARMED FORCES: DELUXE EDITION?

I noticed something odd in the recent 1978 Mojo "New Wave" special issue: towards the end there is a page advertising a contest, with one of the prizes listed as "a set of three deluxe editions Elvis Costello CDs: MY AIM IS TRUE, THIS YEARS MODEL, and ARMED FORCES courtesy of the lovely people at Universal Records". Of course, the accompanying photo is of the standard CD covers, but did they just perhaps confirm the existence of an upcoming ARMED FORCES: DE? Or did they just mistakenly use the phrase "deluxe edition" to describe the single disc releases?

i thought i read somewhere online prior to the TYM rerelease that they are going to release an armed forces deluxe edition, but i did not hear any album slated to be "deluxe-d" beyond that.
