DimeADozen Problems

I've made an account for our little trading area, and it worked fine, but then it wouldnt let me download any more files, because i've exeeded my bandwith(oops), so to solve the problem i made a brand new account, but still am not able to download anything and the files show up as "inactive" and not proceeding with the download at all. any solutions?

If by 'exceeded bandwidth' you mean 'failed to share' then creating another account is only a temporary fix (and frowned upon big time @ Dime). You really must share back what you take.
