Oooh ooh ooh, baby baby

Post by verbal gymnastics »

Mr and Mrs Verbal Gymnastics have pleasure in announcing the birth of our first child, Baby Gymnastics, who was born on Tuesday 9th October after an 8 hour labour.

She weighed in at 6lbs 3oz and was born, as intended, at home.

Everything is fine although I fear I may lose my devilishly handsome looks due to lack of sleep

Her name is Freya and she is absolutely gorgeous. Whilst people have said she is gorgeous, they have also said she looks like me. In my mind this is contradictory.

Spooky has a picture of her and if you ask nicely she has my permission to put it up.

I already knew! I already knew! But I still want to congratulate you and Mrs. VG on this exciting news. I hope fatherhood is going smoothly so far.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Congrats verbal! Beautiful baby, and a lovely name. She's the one who guards the golden apples in Wagner's Ring cycle.

You getting any sleep at all? It gets better - eventually.

Congrats. She's gorgeous. Well done on the home birth - we never managed that on our three. My wife is cooing loudly next to me over the picture. A little bit too much...

She's absolutely beautiful, verbal!! I would assume she gets her good looks from her mother!

Glad the home birth went so well. After one hospital birth, we decided my son would be born at home. It was the greatest day of my life!

Congratulations VG!

How long will it be before you find out if she's inherited your sense of humour?

Mazeltov. Has the Verbal Gymnastics baby factory just begun? Have fun watching her grow.

Thank you all so much for the lovely messages.

She has definitely inherited her mother's looks and her father's snore

The little one is now weighing in at 8lbs 1oz. We've been taking a picture of her every day and she has grown so much already.

I can't believe she's already four weeks old!
