Refunds for AC tickets? Has anyone received yet?

Hey everyone,

Have you received refunds for the Elvis show that was cancelled in Atlantic City?
I'm just trying to see if I'm the only one experience a problem. I have tried calling Artist Arena many times, but can't get through to a live person at all.
