Berlin 10.5.1999 preFM - Please help!

Hi, I'm looking for a preFM recording of the Costello & Nieve Berlin 10.5.1999 show (sometimes refered to as "Lonely in Berlin). I've heard SO much about it and I've been looking and looking but just can't seem to find it
I know it's been uploaded to Dimeadozen and a webpage called moonglampers.net but none of the download links seems to work/exist anymore.
Anyone here know where to find it? Or maybe even have it and would be willing to upload it somewhere?
I would be SOOO happy!
