ELVIS COSTELLO & SWEDISH RADIO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
BERWALD HALL, STOCKHOLM
JANUARY 5, 1999

This concert has been bootlegged before, but I think this is a more complete version than
anything I have heard before. Excellent sound.

This is a tape recording from a FM Radio broadcast.
The broadcast was live from the concert hall on jan 5 1999

The orchestra did 4 performances on their own (without Costello), but I didn't
take them out. I like the idea of a complete concert.

Due to tape flip one presentation is tuned in and one applause is cut short.
Everything else is there.

Since this was a live broadcast, the radio station put in some commercially released songs
from Costello during the 20 min break in the concert. These songs are not in this torrent.

Some presentations were quite long, so I made all presentations as separate tracks,"free" from the music.
Some of them was made by Costello and some by a swedish presentator (in swedish).

The concert fits nicely on two discs - one part on each disc if you like.

Participants:
Elvis Costello: Vocals
Steve Nieve: Piano
Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra (conductor: Ion Marin)

01. intro/presentation

I know it's a Swedish show, but that's ridiculous!
