That's a joke gone awry (they all seem to be going in that direction), I'm talking about the attendants that are coming to take me away! Two men vying for my affection? Please! As if that would ever happen. .lately. I'm too busy killing Tin Pan Alley. Save the popcorn for 'The Shape of Things'. I got it for Christmas but haven't seen it yet.

Tonight's excitment has to come from your picture Misha.

Lapins,

Slow night so in honor of your books Bunny Rabbit, my childhood hero. May Captain Kanagroo rest in peace.

"blue card"? Scooby is on blue, but you need to be more specific before you can win the prize!

Yes, it's a pile. I try to keep it confined to the desk. Isn't it odd that ordinary life requires so much paper? This gets cleaned up about once a month, believe it or not!

Is this better?

That's not a King of America I see, is it Rope?

Yes, that is a laser engraved image of Our King.

The machine that produced the image is pretty cool. It will download almost any image, and it can engrave on anything from plywood to pyrite.

I hear that if you stick a body part in there, it will result in a scar-image. Nobody knows anyone who's done that, though.

I have a similar engraving of my father as a young man. Gifts.

See it here...

My soon-to-be posting place, set up last evening. The beautiful dark wood armoire desk was a birthday gift.

The photos appear to be Lapinsjolis and Elvis(?). How they got in photo booth together would be a nice story to hear. Perhaps it's someone who looks like Laps and Elvis (?).

By the way, nice set up.

Spooky, Scoobs is indeed on the mousepad, along with Tom and Jerry, and Elroy Jetson.

Wait a minute! Is Mr. Misery Elvis Costello?

!?

Very nice desk indeed!! I had a big desk at home for a while, plus bookshelves, in my own little home office. It is now my son's room...

But I can't complain, as I love this wee notebook and the free WiFi I get as a squatter...

I wish I could post photos but I have no website to link to other than fotolog, which won't link out. Suggestions??
