Let's say you are shipwrecked on a small island with two women...one very intelligent but unnattractive, the other a silly knockout. Which one will you be fantasizing about, and which one will you pursue first?

I contend that there will be no choice. Your natural inclinations to insert your sperm into the genetically superior specimen will win over your political correctness.

Of course, I'm not saying it's impossible to fall in love with an imperfect physique. What I am saying is that some persons are blessed with great luck in the catagory of genetic architecture. These people deserve to be recognized for what nature has done in the name of their appearance. Indeed, we cannot help but recognize them...their beauty demands it.

If my life of several wives has proven anything, it is that a strong attraction can be obtained between any two persons of any shape or construction. However, lust is at first an instinct. Lord knows I never got over Sherri Pennock in the seventh grade...she was perfect, and everyone could see it.

If I were shipwrecked with two women, etc... Pursue? They'd be mine! There wouldn't have to be any fantasizing. If you consider how many millions of sperm cells a man produces per month and in how many directions, when a woman produces one egg per month, you'd have to conclude that you'd inseminate both of them and you wouldn't care in which order - whichever one were the closest would be first. Provided that the "unattractive" one was not a total writeoff, that is... as long as she wasn't somehow horribly disfigured or extremely obese, under the circumstances you would still find her extremely attractive for copulation.

So no, my preferences are not political correctness to ANY degree. There's no "we" have to get past the "fact" that she's skinny (fine hourglass well-proportioned, lean, skinny) or "unattractive" for me, oily buster.

Beauty is not that rare, anyway. I see comparably attractive wild beauties walking around every day on my local main street. I don't know how long their beauty lasts, though.

The way I see it, you are saying that so long as the woman has a modicum of beauty, you would be willing to accept her as a sex partner. "Unnattractive", to me, means the same as "ugly".

There are not a lot of perfect beauties. I was recently dragged along Christmas shopping, and on to a casino. Maybe it's different in Australia, but from what I am seeing here in glamorous California the average person is not attractive...in the sense of startling, that is, so that you immediately notice.

The skinny gal you posted is just okay, in my view. Her imperfections do not add to her charm. Earth knows the redhead I was in love with had perfect imperfections. But, that's it really...beauty is in the eye of the beholder...but then again, I think the vast majority of folks are going to agree with me that Christie Brinkley is fine fine superfine!

The modicum of beauty might not be immediate to you or others, but like, who cares.

I'm not saying the women in your 2nd last post would be immediate choices but they could potentially invite a situation when others are not available... they certainly look like they can charm.

If you want aesthetic beauty, you might be shit outta luck. They have their own beauty and all but sometimes it's kinda buried... under all the stress, etc. it still shines through, but not as much.

Cavemen could tell a good looker from the rest. At some point he developed the capability when under mortal threat not to just flee for his own survival but to pick up a partner and run. He knew the benefits of being around good women. Yet I suppose the concept of makeup or decades with a partner would have been ridiculous and also he must have tried every kinky thing he could think of for all it was worth. Would he have felt much shame in light of his discoveries, i don't know. But this was before religion and stuff. I can't speak for caveman, I just like what I like like anyone. Bird features in women, I could go on and on...
