What is the greatest Christmas song ever?

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Please, not Band Aid (or anything by Cliff Richard), but otherwise that list is a good starter.
What goes down a festive storm hereabouts are the crimbo LPs of Phil Spector and Hanson, plus the obvious one offs from the likes of Wizzard, Mariah (the only one of that warbler's noises aloud house room, honest) & The Pretenders.
Recently acquired Lou Rawls christmas platter, so hoping that may join the pantheon this year.

I know it's not technically a Christmas song, but I'd have to go with "River" by Joni Mitchell.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

For me it's "Shabby Doll" - EC.

Anybody dig that Squeeze christmas song? Doesnt sound christmasy at all, but I am a big fan. It's from the early years, and the title escapes me at the moment (though I know Christmas is in the title).

The Squeeze Christmas song was for some obscure reason called "Christmas Day"
You've got to love a song that references Morecambe and Wise.
But the Pogues and Kirsty get my vote.
Is that so surprising nowadays?
