Another Fucking List

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

What's this fascination with including the images of the album covers? For those of us with dial-up service it is frustrating. The moment you scroll down the page an image appears up top that forces you to scroll down even more to where you were.

An album that should get a mention that I don't see on anybodies list: Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water

I must say I think that's where it all went horribly cheesy and wrong, at least in the title track. However, I could get behind this

that is a great one blue.

that last 45 seconds of bridge over troubled water though, umm um, the most spine-tingling stuff ever placed on a pop disk.

I've always found "Bridge Over Troubled Water" incredibly schmaltzy. I can appreciate some of their other stuff though, and Paul Simon is a helluva songwriter.

Stop hi-jacking my thread. If you want to discuss Paul and Art, Art, or the demise of REM go start your own.
