echos myron like a siren
with endurance like the liberty bell
and he tells you of the dreamers
but he's cracked up like the road
and he'd like to lift us up, but we're a very heavy load

This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Little Walter, Junior Wells and James Cotton all played with Muddy in the 50s, so it could be any of one of those. Or someone else - no idea. I'm not sure if that clip is even from the 50s.

Could be. "He's white!" was my first thought too, but I thought maybe he was a lighter-skinned black guy... Little Walter is pretty pale-skinned.

But I think you're right, Sam.

Bob and Johnny Cash sing "One Too Many Mornings"...

BTW, that Roxy Music clip took ages to load, but was well worth the wait!

"In Every Dream Home a Heartache" from the same show is something else!:

Shame there's not more EC footage up on youtube. One of the intrepid souls on the Trading Post thread really should do something about it. ;-)

Yeah, Roxy were a great band at that stage, Paul Thompson was a great drummer and Phil Manzanera a way underated guitarist plus Eno added the extra Enossifications.

Great Bill Withers

I love Roxy Music. For Your Pleasure is a fantastic album.

The Remake/Remodel clip was awesome, great costumes  . Curse the loading times though!

The Smiths take some kids to the zoo. Utterly bizarre...

Kid: Where are we going?

Morrissey: We're all going mad.

Kid: I thought we were going to Kew Gardens.
