New (Kinda) Music Website

New (Kinda) Music Website

A friend of mine sent me a link to http://www.id1g1t.com, a search engine that allows you to find your favorite artists and listen to their music. Poppet says there's a way to save the music to your computer, but I'm not very technologically savvy, so I haven't gotten it to work yet. At any rate, it's a great way to find even the most obscure artists, and sample before you buy. I've just begun a blossoming romance with Joe Henry, and thanks to this website, I've listened to all of his stuff and will be buying it as soon as the checkbook allows.

And their EC collection is ginormous.
