HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

Post by BlueChair »

I know we already did this for UK Mother's Day, but since it's now Mother's Day in North America (and perhaps elsewhere, I don't know), I thought I'd give a big Happy Mother's Day to all the great mother's on this board... spooky girlfriend... Self Made Mug... moodswung... goody2shoes... sulkygirl... Sweet Pear... El Vez... too many to name.. sorry if I left anybody out...

You ladies make the board a very special place to be.
This morning you've got time for a hot, home-cooked breakfast! Delicious and piping hot in only 3 microwave minutes.

Thank you!! And same to the rest of the moms, on this board and off. :D

Love,

SelfMadeMom (I suppose that's technically impossible, but you get my drift)

thanks guys. this is a day I dread each year for lots of different reasons, but today is shaping up ok. Every year I get a deeper understanding of what my Mother in Law told me re: my husband--we just do the best we can.

Happy Mother's Day to all you wonderful moms and moms of the future.

Happy Mother's Day to all the extraordinary mothers on the board! I marvel at you, you do the impossible each day with grace and humor. I hope you all are properly spoiled. I'm off to spoil mine! Happy day!

Thanks so much, guys! I've been outside today doing some gardening where we just built our water garden. It's my zen to be out there now.

I know between me and Moody we've just about got enough kids for a team in most sports.

It's been a great day so far. Now, for a while, I'm home alone. Woohoo! Kids and hubby to return later.

Thanks everyone!

I am being appropriately and wonderfully spoiled today. Coffee and newspaper by myself out on the porch, breakfast with the family, presents and kid-made cards (my favorite), then off to the local AAA baseball game in the hot, hot sun. Lots of fun!

Lapinsjolis, I love that painting. Who is it by?

Happy Mother's Day to all my favorite moms!

The site I pulled it from one says-'Mother & Child" painting on porcelain. No artist.

Thanks for checking! I thought it was something you might have had hanging on your own wall.
