Top 10 Albums Of The 1990s

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

Nicely selective 1-10, LTZ!

I don't quite get Time Out Of Mind. Admittedly it has one of Dylan's finest songs, and one of the best ever about ageing and death, but apart from that epic moment, it's all a little bit... boring isn't it? Nice production. Quite tasteful, not that memorable. Convince me I'm wrong!

1. Radiohead - The Bends
2. ATUB
3. Bjork - Debut
4. Lloyd Cole - Love Story (current fave)
5. Neil Young - Sleeps WIth Angels

Too tired to go beyond 5. Am I excused?

EXCUSE YOU OTIS!

Hey Otis, back when I was a senior in high school, we did a lip-synch thing as a homecoming activity. Some people from our class did "Shout," and I played Otis. 8)

For me, Dylan's Time Out Of Mind is one of his Top 5 albums. Why? Maybe it just came out at the right time for me. I bought it the day it came out when I was 16, and it became the soundtrack of my unrequited love through much of high school. Songs like "Love Sick" and "Million Miles" were my anthems.

I also saw Dylan live for the first time not too long after Time Out Of Mind came out. I got to see my idol from the 2nd row, and it changed me.
