PG Wodehouse

Post by ice nine »

Growing up I read a collection of short stories by Mr. Wodehouse about a valet named Jeeves. They were very witty as I recall; It's been many years since I read them. Last week, I picked up from my public library Season 1 of the BBC TV show, Blandings starring Tim Spall and Jennifer Saunders. I like both of them so I figure I would give the show a try. It is a delightful show!! The whole family is quirky and very funny. I especially like Freddie, the imbecile son of the Tim Spall character played by Jack Farthing. I like how at the beginning of each episode he drives his car into a tree.
