No. I had an email saying it was despatched on Weds 27/10 but still no sign. I think it must be coming by canoe!

now if it was the 78s coming by canoe, that might make more sense, sort of....we need to establish a small prize or recognition for the person who waits the longest.

real question is, will it come before something else is released?!

Got the downloads instantly, but still no Cd as yet.

i pre-ordered the vinyl the day it was avilable for pre-order and i got an e-mail last tuesday saying it was finally shipped, but still no trace of it! ugh!! what's the point of pre-ordering???

Yes I received last Thursday (4th) having received the email on 27 October saying it had been shipped.

I was suprised that it was shipped from the US to the UK. It was also a digipak whereas the ones in shops here are in a jewel cases

All of the best to all in receiving their ordered/paid-for plastic today-ASAP. Most of us were lucky in UK (unusually for EC...) to receive CD etc early/on time. I do not know how Japan CD etc receipt is going ... this time I did not order one for 'I hope'. So far, we have avoided the 78s. 'National Ransack', available variously apart from via official USA download site, which could have been sold on plastic too, seems to be nice version of tracks we also know.

There is a lot to be said for buying nice recordings from nice local store. Although in UK it is almost impossible to buy CD single in local store - amazon.co.uk seem best, although recently I happily-cheaply used amazon.com (excellent service as ever) for Dylan Bootleg 9 (cheaper than in UK even with carriage) with free Brandeis CD.

At least most people have heard about 14 of the NR songs before/can hear the other 1 or 2 via interweb whilst awaiting their CDs or vinyls.

Despite it being Christmas etc again soon, I hope that all receive their lovely orders/enjoy.

The d'load-Japan only things (although repeats of live stuff we have enjoyed hearing' are lovely also.

Arrived this morning. In a very nice digipack, too. As I had the download anyway, waiting wasn't too much of an issue, but would have been p!$$ed off if I had had to wait this long from ordering without the download. Anyway, It's a very nice digipack, which I haven't seen in the stores, so happy about that!

Strange, my CD arrived yesterday, as a sucker I'm considering ordering the LP as a Christmas present from my family. The Costello team advise me that an order placed today - 17th November - should arrive on 17th December, clearly this will be a lucky day.

My vinyl arrived in the post from the USA a few days ago. A thing of beauty and a joy to behold.

Two separate twelve inch discs on the Lupe-O-Tone label. Four tracks on each side in a gatefold sleeve with the lyrics on the inside covers.

Is this the first official EC double album and the first EC album (other than odd charity things that he appeared on and b**tlegs) with a gatefold sleeve?

Punch The Clock (Australian release) was a gatefold sleeve. Apparently people like Jeremy needed bigger print to read the hard words (only joking !!)
