Anybody heard of this and is there a direct relation to The Juliet Letters?

Re: Letters to Juliet
From a Rolling Stone review of The Juliet Letters:
>(The album's title derives from a newspaper item spotted by Costello's wife, about a professor in Verona who discovered some mail addressed to Juliet Capulet.)<
Nothing to do with the movie, or vice-versa...
It seems that letters to Juliet are not uncommon in the European post. In the Juliet Letters video documentary produced by BBC, Elvis talks a little about this.
One of the best things Elvis has ever done, in my opinion. He just sounds good with strings.
