I have a copy of this on DVD as part of the "Decades Rock Live" concert recorded at the Trump Taj Mahal (!) on 19 May 2006.

You can see it listed here: http://www.elviscostello.info/wiki/inde ... 2006-05-19

I bought a b**tleg DVD online from a supplier in the USA. It is a region free DVD, but you need a TV (and DVD Player) able to cope with US format TV (NTSC) which is a different format to that used in the UK. The supplier is here: http://www.stellarproducts.biz although they don't seem to be listing this DVD at this time.

It is listed on this site, but at a price that you might find a bit steep:

http://www.musicstack.com/item/10718929 ... +rock+live

The audio version is available here:

http://www.esnips.com/doc/1fbd23ad-8fb8 ... Rock-Live)

The concert exceeded my expectations. "I want you" is the stand out track, but there are some other gems too. Fiona Apple's version of "Shabby Doll" is pretty good, and there is a storming version of "Pump it up" with Billie Joe Armstrong (from cartoon punks - Green Day).
