North crashed into this week's UK album charts at .....#44
I wonder who Elvis will blame for this.

44 isn't bad for what is a rather specific genre record.

Bowie in at 3, good for him, Starsailor in at 2 though. Who gives a ratsass about this bad? What am I missing?

Zevon in at 57, Proclaimers in at 70.

Singles chart is interesting too. 7 new enteries in the top 10.

Crikey! I can`t even find North in the Dotmusic Top 75 this week!
Hopefully the forthcoming U.K. concerts may re-ignite general interest ; the BBC Sold On Song on Oct.18 may help also. It would be a shame if this album got `lost` , as it were.
