Turns out they weren't able to sing, but they made up for it by making their instruments sing!

Isn't it true that Bruce rang the number and the woman who answered the phone became his wife?
I recall Bruce telling the story that he rang and he was asked who his musical influences were. he mentioned the Moody Blues and a voice in the background who turned out to be Elvis said "Get rid of him!"
