Springsteen tribute with Elvis on it out today

With 100% of the proceeds benefiting victims of Sarcoma and Parkinson’s disease, Light of Day: A Tribute to Bruce Springsteen arrives September 2 via Schoolhouse and includes a mix of new and older recordings. New offerings come from Dan Bern ("Thunder Road"), Nils Lofgren ("Man at the Top"), Graham Parker ("Pink Cadillac"), Jason Ringenberg ("My Hometown"), Rosie Flores ("Lucky Town"), Joe Ely ("Working on the Highway"), Sid Griffin ("Highway Patrolman") and Steve Wynn ("State Trooper"), which is also available on the bonus disc with the recently issued Static Transmission. Elvis Costello’s version of "Brilliant Disguise" and Billy Bragg’s "Mansion on the Hill" also make the cut.
