On the Diana Krall forum there are rumours that Diana will release a new album this year (a 'Christmas album' with 1950's big band orchestrations) and that she currently is working on six new songs.

This article says that Diana's new album is already recorded. But no news yet about new EC/DK songs:

Later on in the evening, Krall mentioned how she had completed a Christmas album recently that will be released shortly. She also showed a lighter side as the crowd clapped on hearing the news.

The album was recorded at the beginning of June in LA, and I believe it will feature traditional Christmas tunes w/ 50s big-band arrangements.
Michelle (Diana's sister) also says this:
I'm going to see the Mrs. at the Ottawa Jazz Fest tomorrow, so I'll report back if she mentions anything re. new material.
Michelle (Diana's sister) also says this:
So, I'm guessing she'll tag along for Elvis' US gigs later this summer.July will take Diana to the UK for photo shoots and then the mixing of her album will take place. That brings us to August when Diana will take a well-deserved break.

New sighting
Go to http://www.wireimage.com and got to the bottom of the first page of "events", etc... and on Aug. 12th there are some photos of EC and DK in NYC. Elvis is wearing a heavy leather jacket in nearly 100 degree weather- Diana is dressed much more sensibly.

See here
Although it's really more of an EC/ Oscar Peterson song, written to the tune of When Summer Comes; Diana said she's 'just the storyteller, not the songwriter'.
Here are the lyrics as published in Toronto Star:

Here are the lyrics as published in Toronto Star:
WHEN SUMMER COMES
(music by Oscar Peterson
new lyrics by Elvis Costello
played and sung yesterday by Diana Krall)
The land was white
While the winter moon was absent from the night
And the blackness only pierced by far off stars
But as every day still succeeds the darkest moments we have known
When seasons turn
Springtime colours will return
And as the first pale flowers of the lengthening hours
Seem to brighten the twilight and that melancholy cloak
Then a fresh perfume just seems to burst from each bloom
Until the green shoots through each day
As it arrives in every shade of hope
When summer comes
There will be a dream of peace
And a breath that I've held so long that I can barely release
Then perhaps I may even find a room somewhere
Just a place I can still speak to you

So, no sign of new EC/DK songs, according to this article in Billboard:
Krall Croons Christmas Carols On New CD
By Barry A. Jeckell, N.Y.
Diana Krall will deliver the sounds of the season with "Christmas Songs, Featuring the Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra," due Nov. 1 from Verve Records. The jazz singer/pianist co-produced the 12-track set of holiday favorites with longtime producer Tommy LiPuma (Al Jarreau, Miles Davis).
In addition to the Clayton/Hamilton Orchestra, Krall is accompanied by bassists John Clayton and Bob Hurst, guitarist Anthony Wilson and drummer Jeff Hamilton. Among the selections are new recordings of such standards as "Let It Snow," "I'll Be Home for Christmas," "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" and "Jingle Bells."
Previously released takes of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and "Christmas Time Is Here" with a different band that included guitarist Russell Malone are also featured.
Krall spent about a year on the road supporting the 2004 release "The Girl in the Other Room," and according to her official Web site, plans on "taking some well deserved time off."
Here is the "Christmas Songs, Featuring the Clayton/Hamilton Jazz Orchestra" track list:
