Dunno, Martin...he shows up in several places listed as an "Actor", but I can't find any biosor movie references on him.

There's another guy, Jimmy Fallon, listed as a comedian, but I'm not familiar with any of his material...

He's also in Almost Famous as the obnoxious road manager they bring in because the other guy wasn't doing a good enough job.

So sorry, Sam...the "Saturday Night Live" guy is Jimmy Fallon, this guy is Jimmy Fallen, an actor (from what I can gather), not the 'Comedian'.

No idea where this is going (if anywhere!) but Jimmy Fallon is hilarious, IMO. Makes utter and instant sense that he'd be an Elvis follower.

NOT his best facial hair configuration there I must say, however.
