On the new elviscostello.com, there's a reference to the unreleased McCartney/MacManus song "Twenty Fine Fingers." At first I thought this was an amusing typo for "Twenty-Five Fingers," but then I gave the song another listen.
It sounds to me like they are actually singing "fine" rather than "five"! And I think the lyrics make more sense if there are 20 fingers rather than 25.
Anyone agree? Or should I get my hearing checked?
