Message: News has leaked about Elvis Costello doing some gigs in a tiny venue in Oxford ,Mississippi, U.S. on April 2/3 , followed by recording in a local studio for most of the month. Is this the much promised album with The Imposters ? If so it explains Steve`s comment about his stay in Paris being so brief!

Message: You hit it on the button.. This town reminds me of the film "Back to the Future". Searching a Dolorean on e-bay.. We are rehearsing a whole bunch of great new E.C. odes, and recording in a variety of studios in the area. + some club dates to tighten up the groove.. Fun stroke homesickness.

Based on the three songs I heard live, I don't know if I'm overly excited about this record.
