Hey Kimmy....hello, good evening and welcome to the internet's largest and most renonwned forum, first established by Costello himself as a small boy, dreaming that one day someone might make their very own thread.

Then, one fateful day soon after the promotion for WIWC began....a post appeared, and lo it said ''Hey, anyone else like EC?''....on the second day God created Narbawlz, and things started to fall into place from there on.

It is also the most resilient board on the net, having survived onslaught by Zebras, the treachery of Elfkind and also the mind rays from a ghost of a long dead Spanish king.

It's funny really, but from reading this you'd never guess that all of us posters are actually in the same ward of the asylum...

You failed to mention that the site began as a cork bulletin board in Wee Declan's room, which he would hide behind a teachest when he went out. After establishing the domain, the young adult Elvis had to collaborate with Al Gore and the US Department of Defense, among many, just to get the Internet invented so the site wouldn't continue to be a figment of his fevered imagination. Yes, Hungup, that is correct--it was Shirley Ellis. I learned that from reading "Dave Barry's Book of Bad Songs." If you like Dave Barry's columns, this book is worth a read. (Of course, no EC songs made the list, although in some people's opinion maybe one or two should have?) That's always an interesting topic--what is your least favorite song? You know, the one that causes those sudden bouts of Tourette's syndrome...

No Elvis songs drive me crazy...well, the verses of "Veronica" when I'm in a really, really bad mood. (And I love "Night Rally" -- sorry M!).

However, "Safety Dance" by "Men Without Hats" does cause instant conniption fits.
