Radio Clyde archive

Post by sulky lad »

Did anything ever become of the Radio Clyde archive which I think was discovered and the prospect of rare items being released in 2003 ? There was talk of sessions and live concerts being made available through Universal but I've not seen anything from any group since that time . I wondered how many concerts North of the border wee recorded and broadcast- I know the October 1983 Glasgow show was broadcast in part but were there any others ?

The Radio Clyde Sessions that were released seem to have come out on River Records (whose own website is now a dead link).

There is a good listing of the releases here:

https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/River_Records (in Dutch)

and here:

There have been no new session releases since 2005, so don't hold your breath.
