Awkward photo in early, 1977 feature

Today I finally got hold of a early feature, September 1977, on Elvis in a Irish magazine. It features what has to be one of the most awkward poses ever . Now to track down the uncredited photographer.

Douglas Daig and Steve Wood are two photographers who took a lot of photos of Stiff acts in 1977. I'll be pursuing enquiries regarding them. Any information anyone here can provide will be appreciated.

Steve Wood, who took this photo, has told me via private message on f/book, that he took the Hot Press photos. I've replied with scans of the HP usage & asked him if he's sure etc.

Steve Wood has confirmed they are his photos . He's also asked if I can ask Hot Press to pay him! I will , of course, pass on the request but I doubt it will be much good
