u know i love hearing your disagreement on certain things, so please feel free to chime in!
i have forgotten where i originally got the idea to compile this...i think a facebook fan page. feel free to point me back there so i can post it there also. it started that i was looking forward to adding Larkin Poe to the list, which sparked me to attempt to compile an accurate list. surely i have stretched it a bit. just phenomenal to see at a quick glance like this. hoping for many more adds over the years to come too.

Seen him duet with Emmylou Harris and in an ensemble with Emmylou, Steve Earle, John Prine and Nanci Griffith. Land mine Free World concert 2002.

No one has seen Elvis play with Gary Peacock. :D :D

I'll work on my list in due course.

That is an impressive list of engagement over the years, BA. Such commitment should be appreciated, particularly by the artist. It would be nice if somehow he reached out to honor such consistency in a private way to you through his minions-if only a phone call of thank you for such a display of fandom. My commitment of a physical presence at a show has waned over the years-not the aural commitment however. I chose to pass up these Fall shows celebrating Imperial Bedroom. I will make do with my vivid memory of the original shows with the original band and the songs from that album new to my ears. Those memories still give strong pleasure. I feel confident you will enjoy this new 'revisit' in the coming weeks.

oh yeh...right away JACK!!!
i hear he is planning a sleepover at my address in the near future with ME picking the setlist and HIM flipping my cassette forty five minutes later!
yes, it was VERY THRILLING INDEED on 12-31-81 to hear those IB songs for the first time EVER live in person. and i am looking forward to the revisit all the same in the coming weeks. i hope you reconsider and decide to go once again yourself and thanks for enjoying my post.
and boy, oh boy...if i was not ailing in 2008/2009, i would have quite a few more variations upon this list as Spectacle tickets were a very easy nab for us New Yorkers! 'tis life.
NO COMPLAINTS OBVIOUSLY!!

Now there would be some choice material for a would be sequel to his recently published memoirs-I am trying to picture the prose in my mind...........and I imagine you would be in 'seventh' heaven were that to happen :)

Wow - respect BA, Big time

As well as the usual suspects : EC solo and with Steve; Attractions; As + TKO Horns; As + TKO Horns + Afrodiziak; Imposters; Rude 5; Sugarcanes; Larkin Poe; Lowe

More rarely I've seen him with Steven Kennedy (guesting on Little Blue Window with the Imposters 7 Sept 2002); Steve and The Allen Tousaint Band and Horns (5 July 2007); Steve and The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra ( 25 June 2008); Ian Powse guesting with the Imposters (13 May 2012).

All of the above also featured me on backing vocals

Sure would...and HEAVEN being a key word as I assuredly find his KNOCKING ON HEAVENS DOOR the penultimate version trailing only the original; amongst all the covers I have heard. Also, he does owe me that POSITIVELY 4th STREET for his visa troubles that kept him out of NYC on the legendary night of 10/16/92!!! I guess my third choice, away from EC original compositions, would be ONE OF THE SONGS I WROTE FOR THE BALL BUSTING BRONX BAND lol Several would be right up his alley solo OR with the IMPOSTERS.

At Kew Gardens, July 2014, he played with the MacManus Brothers plus the MacManus Brothers with Larkin Poe.
I love you just as much as I hate your guts.

Colin TB says [quoteAll of the above also featured me on backing vocals  ][/quote]

Yeah I've got a few recordings that have been spoilt !!
I can safely add EC, Steve Nieve and VG at Bournemouth 2004 on Dark End Of The Street.
BA , I'll start on my list when I'm supposed to be working over the weekend .
I actually need to start on my complete live concert list which has not been updated for a long while.
I guess Russell Crowe still counts as the worst additional stage invader by some distance !

Thanks for the nod, BA, it's a fascinating and potentially very addictive website ! I found a setlist for Ohio from 1978 I didn't know existed - but the review then listed in the wiki shows a quote from The Beat which isn't listed in the setlist !
Isn't Colin TB one of the few who may just have seen Rusty in their heyday in Liverpool - I know age has made his memory a bit hazy
