Famed Bassist Rob Wasserman 1952 – 2016

He played bass on "Put Your Big Toe In The Milk Of Human Kindness" (which first appeared on his album Trios), "After The Fall," and "Broken."

Another bass player....WOW. tough luck for the four stringers. Pappalardi, Bruce, Jaco, Entwistle, Squire, Burrell, Radle, Lynott, Mingus, Vicious, Danko, Lane, Ramone, Spacewolf, Burton, Thain, Tumahai, Bolder, Epstein, Fraser, Bain, Farndon, Oakley, Woody, Porcaro, Chandler, Redding, Dunn, Orr, Glasscock, Wolk, Ciambotti and I know I'm forgetting more!!! YIKES

I saw him just one time. A duo performance with Bob Weir at Nassau Coliseum, about 1989. A great, fluid player. That night opening for JGB had even got an official release not too long away. Must look for it.
