Right in the middle of the few weeks between the U.S. & European solo dates. Will the Imposters assemble for just one date ? It would be surprising if another few dates don't happen.

'Tis a pity I shan't be going down this year. I'm not due to go back until 2018. Hope the weather is nice for that time period. The die-hard JF fans have a good time no matter what the weather is like though.

I think you're right BA - there's bound to be some other shows.

The UK must be due some Imposters shows. The only London ones we've had of late have been Songbook shows apart from the Hyde Park show.

Hi ba !
He's doing a few gigs over here early May, admittedly billed as "Detour" and "solo", and 4 of them are at the London Palladium. Just thought he might bring on the Imposters for a part of the gigs as a surprise, and as a precursor to more gigs with them. A bit of a long shot, but like I said the timing is right being just after the Jazzfest. :?

A big day for JFers are when the cubes come out and today was the day. The cubes are the schedule of when and what stage each artist will perform. I'm sure all the festival goers are making schedules of who they will see and their FOMS (fear of missing something). This year Elvis is closing out one of the stage.

1:45-3:10 Lost Bayou Rangers - This group is a very good Cajun band.
3:40-4:50 Brandi Carlile
5:30-7 Elvis & Imposters - On another stage will be the Tedeschi Trucks Band with Jimmie Vaughan

So now we have to expect to see Prince covers in the setlist for this show, as well as Allen Toussaint songs. :(

2016 an annus horribilis already.

Also, AXS will be broadcasting at least some of EC & The Imposters set on Saturday April 30th.

They will be 6 in a few weeks.

They haven't been to Nola since they were turning 3.

Thanks for asking
