Brief report to say it was fantastic. Some familiar stories but overall new stories. A lot of focus on the south (recording, touring, influence, etc) Chuck Reece brought some of his 45s with him for Elvis to look over and offer feedback. A great way to start off the conversation. 90 mins or so. Three (!) songs. American Without Tears (from Chuck's fav LP), Bobby Bland's Share Your Love With Me (was this a first?!?) and EIWTB. Can't wait to read the book. Back on the road now.
