Can anyone please explain why, when sending Private Messages, they remain in my outbox and do not go to the recipient???? I've been having this problem for some time now.

When that happens to me, somewhere on the screen there's a message that says something like "Inbox (or Outbox) is full. Please delete some PMs to release newer PMs."

My understanding is that messages stay in the Outbox until they are read by the recipient.
