Presumably the two of them were having a chat, talking about mutual friends etc.

Elvis was in San Francisco for the 2010 date so it has to be '11 or '12. I''d say the '12 date is the most likely one, since it coincides with the under the radar recording of the WUG.
It's from April 7, 2011, when EC had a mysterious non-speaking cameo sitting next to Damon Wayans Jr. in the green room. (Notice Helen Mirren on the TV screen.)
