Board Upgrade

Post by DrSpooky »

Hi,

Just a note to let you all know that I did some minor security updates to The Board. Hopefully, it was barely noticed and won't cause any problems.

FWIW The Board lost electrical power for during the bad storms Friday night for a while but I don't think it was too long. We were in bed already so it wasn't something I was overly aware of. :)

If there are any issues, please let me know.

Confirmed. I will look into it and see if other boards are reporting it.

Thanks.

OK. Now there is a temporary fix in place. It required disabling html in posts which probably isn't a bad thing anyway. Hopefully there will be a proper fix soon from the phpbb folks.

A more permanent fix is now installed and html in posts has been reenabled.

Thanks to Spooky for watching the phpbb development threads and telling me when a real fix showed up. :-)
