I have both seasons and really enjoy the show but I think that's all we'll get. I thought I read somewhere that a more episodes were supposed to follow but it never happened.

As you asked, ef, i will try to share my MSG show version. It was a VERY STRANGE HEADLINE APPEARANCE at the world's greatest arena....but, oddly not a greatest hits show!! He did this odd take of SUMMER, HARPIES BIZARRE, PLAYBOY TO A MAN and several KOJAK VARIETY tunes as of then, still unreleased....

Is the June 1991 MSG NYC show the only time The Other Side of Summer was played as a waltz? I can't find any recording of that show and would be interested to hear this version. As far as i know!! Not a stellar recording, but i will do my best to share it here soon ef!!! BUT A GREAT SOUVENIR noneth...

It looks like they are various B sides that are available on the Rhino reissues. Looks like a fan made set and those were used as filler.

I just listened to Tokyo Storm Warning and I hear the Sesame Street theme in there

I remember the Rhino reissue had a pic of a spinning wheel with the song titles on it. I've never seen an actual one though.

And what a song to cover. I think that The Room Nobody Lived In was the flip side of She's a Lady, a later solo single on Kama Sutra? It was and both songs are on the John B Sebastian album. EC names some great songs by John in that article. I have to give them a listen again. It's been years since...
