Re: Nick Lowe Dates

Also spotted at the RAH Mark Lamarr, Jo Brand and Charlie Gillet, We saw Curtis Stigers when we were going to the pub beforehand so we thought he might make an appearance.

Re: Nick Lowe Dates

Went on Monday, decent show. Shame about the turn out though the Albert Hall was only half full. I had about 10 seats to myself

Re: Wake up you footy fans!!!

Glad to please! Well it's hardly the first time, now is it? And you know, most of that team could be Utd's first team in a couple of years. Shame that they didn't break through and score, there was some real talent there. When the fictures are thick and fast and the injury scenario isn't quite as b...

Re: Morrissey Strikes Again

I've must say I was one when I read the reviews thought here we go again and wasn't looking forward to the album. But it has really grown on me. Something's Been Squeezing My Skull is the next single and has been played on the radio a fair bit and sounds great. The re issues I never bought first tim...

Re: Relatively Insignificant EC Stuff. . .

Denis was the first song that got me hooked, never did by that 1st album. Saw her a few years back and try to wait at the stage door to meet her. She was rushed past a couple of us waiting to meet her and went straight to the band coach/bus where items were passed though a window to be signed by her...

Re: New London date - Barbican 23/04/2009

This must be the shortest trip I've ever had to make to see Elvis, I work 6 minutes walk from the Barbican. Anyone ever had to make a shorter journey to see him

Re: Relatively Insignificant EC Stuff. . .

Radio 2 (UK) played Pills and Soap at 05.45 and then Cant Stand Up For Falling Down at 6.28 (well a bit of it before the news). Elvis overload
